How we source

If we can't show you where a number came from, it isn't on Fintiqa

01

Primary documents first

Regulator records, company filings and official announcements come before anyone's write-up of them. Trade press is never the basis for a figure.

02

Nothing estimated

When a company doesn't say how much it raised, the record says “not disclosed”. We won't model the gap and present it as data.

03

Dated and correctable

Every record shows when it was last checked. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say what changed.
